Delivery Pricing

We have separate delivery charges for the UK, Europe and the rest of the world. Please refer to the correct table to find out the prices.

UK Delivery

*Order must be placed before 2pm to be guaranteed for next day delivery. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, or after 2pm on Friday, will be guaranteed delivery by Tuesday. UK Bank Holidays will delay delivery by a further day.

European Delivery

Please note that international parcels may be subject to customs fees in your home country. You are responsible for any local taxes applied to your order.

When to expect your order

We guarantee to despatch orders received by 2pm on the same day if the item is currently in stock.

Delivery to addresses on islands or in remote areas of the UK mainland may take longer than our usual delivery times.

We cannot accept liability where Royal Mail or any other carrier fails to uphold their promised delivery times. For our tracked services, we will provide tracking details upon shipping your order.

What happens if we are unable to deliver?

We realise that occasionally our delivery agents may try to deliver an order and the item may be too large to post.

Each time an attempt is made, our delivery agent will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. This card contains details for you to arrange to collect the order directly from their depot or to arrange a convenient time to deliver. The goods will only be held for a limited time. Please respond within the timescale mentioned on the card.

For our tracked and signed for service please make sure someone is available to sign for the parcel otherwise it will be taken to your local depot.

Where we deliver
