Description

Why we love it

  • 100% Natural
  • Anti Oxidant
  • Protects and Heals

We love the Sun.  It's amazing.  We believe limited, smart exposure is actually pretty o.k. for the skin.  But for those long exposure times, Hurraw!'s SPF 15 Sun Balm will give your lips the extra protection they need.

It glides on silky smooth (and clear) like Hurraw's regular balms but it's been formulated to be extra thick and creamy for longer staying power while out in those shining rays!  Juicy Tangerine and calming Roman Chamomile extract make it super delish for your lips.

Did we mention it is packed full of amazing cold pressed oils to moisturise, protect and heal your lips? Red Raspberry Seed oil: Exceptionally high in tocopherols, this lovely oil nourishes the lips, is anti-inflammatory and proven to help in the absorbance of the Sun's rays. Sea Buckthorn oil: Super rich and off the charts in essential fatty acids, carotenes, tocopherols and phytosterols which are great for healing sun-damaged lips. Pomegranate Seed oil: Deeply penetrating and an anti-oxidant powerhouse; remarkable for the outer epidermal layer of the lips. Hurraw! use non nano Zinc Oxide in their Sun Balm.  Zinc Oxide is the only all natural, broad spectrum (blocks both UVA and UVB) sun screen available today.  Zinc Oxide is a mineral.  It protects your lips by sitting on top of them and thus, provides a physical barrier against UVA and UVB rays.  It actually deflects the rays away from the skin to prevent any harm.  As an interesting side note, to get Hurraw! SPF 15 factor verified, Sun balm was laboratory tested on...Humans!

  • So nice!

Its smell makes you think of summer and sunshine, a very sweet tangerine smell. It gives the lips a very light glow and protects them from the sun... perfect!

This is my favourite organic lip balm! Its contains raw organic ingredients and sun protection. I adore the smell of this lip balm. I carry this around everywhere with me and apply before going outside and in the office at work. I cannot be without this stuff now, please never stop selling this amazing product!

  • good for sun protection

Of all of the hurraw balms i have, i only use this and the night balm now. I prefer the thicker, creamier balms as they're more moisturising and my lips get dry and chap quite easily. This balm is less creamy than the night balm, but i only use it when i'm outside since it has added spf in it. I'm not very keen on the smell of this one, its almost too sweet.
