Earn points every time you spend at Super Smoocher. For every £1 spent you will earn 1 point, this is the equivalent of 1 penny.

Points can be collected and exchanged at Super Smoocher for products, for example if you save 1000 points you can treat yourself to £10 worth of Super Smoocher goodies. We regularly run special offers where it is possible to earn double or triple points if you buy certain promotional products.

We’ve also made it easy for you to grab lots of extra points without spending a penny, you can earn points for signing up to our newsletter, writing reviews & referring your friends.

You can redeem your points against ANY product in the Super Smoocher shop AND there is no minimum spend to redeem your points. You don’t even need to save up the full product value in points. If your product is worth more than the amount of points you have in your account, we will knock the value of your points off the total and you can pay the rest with by paypal/ credit card/ debit card.

How do I refer a friend?

Once you have created an account you will see a link for ‘my referrals’ under your account page. On this page you will see your referral link. Simply give the link to your friends - You can pass this out on Facebook, Twitter, wherever you like. The more friends that follow your link and eventually buy from Super Smoocher, the more points you will earn.

When any friend you have referred shops at Super Smoocher you will get 1 point for every pound they spend. You will continue to get exactly the same amount of points they get, forever! The more friends you refer and the more you can encourage them to spend, the more points you get.

What’s the minimum spend to redeem your points?

There is no minimum spend, as long as you have a product in your basket and points in your account you can redeem them against a purchase.

What’s the maximum amount of points you can redeem?

There is no maximum, if you save up enough points to buy the entire contents of our shop then you can do just that, only make sure your house is big enough to store them all!

What’s the minimum amount of points you can redeem?

There is no minimum, you can redeem 1 point and knock a penny off your next purchase if you wish.

What products can I redeem my points against?

Your points can be redeemed against any product for sale at Super Smoocher, there are no restrictions!

How do I check my points balance?

You can check your point balance at any time by logging into your customer account and clicking on ‘my points and rewards’.

When do the points I have accrued get added to my account?

This will depend on how you have earned your points.

• If you have provided a product review, we will need to approve your review before the points are added to your account. We will endeavour to check all reviews within 24 hours of them being submitted.
• If you have signed up to the Super Smoocher newsletter, your points will immediately be added to your account.
• If you, or a friend you have referred make an order, your points will be allocated as soon as we process that order.

Do my reward points expire?

Any points left unspent after 12 months will expire.
