Returns Policy
At Super Smoocher we want our customers to enjoy a hassle free and enjoyable shopping experience. For this reason, we try and make the process of returning goods simple.
If you decide you no longer wish to keep goods you have purchased from Super Smoocher, we will refund or exchange your product(s). In order to qualify for a refund/exchange you must return the goods, at your own expense, within 21 days of receiving your order. Products on special offer can unfortunately not be returned. For hygiene reasons, items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in re-saleable condition with all tamper resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened.
If you wish to return or replace an item, please contact us on +44 (0)844 324 9176. We will provide you with a RMA number (return merchandise agreement), please quote this and your order number in your returns package. We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to return items. All returns are to be sent to the address below:

Of course, if goods are in anyway faulty, or were sent in error, we will refund any postage costs you incur returning the items.
Whilst all the products we sell are natural and don’t contain artificial chemicals, colorants or fragrances, all ingredients are still capable of causing a reaction /triggering sensitivities in your skin. Regrettably we are unable to return or exchange an item you have already opened and found unsuitable for your needs.
We try and inform you wherever possible of ingredients which may be unsuitable for sensitive skin. Every product listed on Super Smoocher has a full breakdown of ingredients attached to the listing so you can be sure of what you are buying.
Unless a reaction you experience is severe or uncomfortable it is usually wise to continue using a product for a few days to see if the reaction lessens. When switching any skincare product experts say your skin can often get worse before it improves, this can take weeks or even months. This is because a new product can often purge your skin of build up causing a detox reaction, which may make your skin red, inflamed or cause an outbreak of spots.
